Message for U.S. Citizens: Town Hall for U.S. Citizens in Medellin Inbox acsbogota@state.gov 10:30 AM (5 hours ago) to Town Hall for U.S. Citizens Location: Medellin, Colombia Event: U.S. Embassy Bogota wants to hear from you! We invite U.S. citizens to attend a town hall meeting in Medellin on Thursday, February 29, 2024, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. The Consul General and the American Citizens Services Chief will provide an overview of consular services for U.S. citizens in Colombia, discuss recent security alerts, share information on how to vote absentee, and conduct a Q&A session. Please note that this event is a meeting only. Embassy staff will not be accepting passport applications, Consular Report of Birth Abroad application, providing notarial services, nor answering questions pertaining to U.S. visa applications. For information on how to apply for consular services please visit co.usembassy.gov/ and select the service you seek from the menu. All attendees must register by February 26, 2024, at: forms.office.com/g/JKK8Bh2Q6i . Upon registration the Embassy will send further details including the venue address. This Town Hall event is limited to U.S. citizens and parents of minor U.S. citizens. The Town Hall will be conducted in English.

Have any of you all ever went to one of these meetings? Is it worth the time?
I ask as no matter where they hold these things, it is an all day drive to get there for me.
