I have been in the mountains a couple days and want to see if this issue has still been a problem.
Davivienda ATMs have been rejecting foriegn debit cards including Charles Schwab, Capitol One, Canadian cards,as of 2 days ago and I want to see if this problem has been resolved or is a more permanent issue.
And if so what alternatives, i.e.other banks people are using and what the exchange rates fees and daily limits have been.
Thanks

Same, haven't used mine in a couple of weeks.
I only use two ATM machines in two difference malls. Both are Banco de Bogotá.
Deny the transaction rate for better exchange rate, but the do hit you with a $20,400 fee.
It sucks, but I get it and I've only had one issue in all the years, and they sorted it out for me in a couple of weeks, with is kind of fast by Colombian standards.
My US bank is evil Wells Fargo, not great however they haven't abused me too bad over the years.
Good luck, be well!
PS, $1,500,000 per withdrawal for me.
