Petro might be better off trying to be a leader in Colombia first...or maybe it is actually better he is not doing things in Colombia. Be well.

Making it worse to the people in the street..... The shortest way to a nation of addicts... Look at California, Philadelphia, LA.... do you really want a walking dead scenario? Because this is a guaranteed way to obtain it.

Agree. As it stands now, the police do not seem to bother the street addicts unless they start messing with "normal" people.
Wonder how many additional "normal" people might become addicted and become future street addicts.
I do like the idea of snagging the manufacturers, importers and dealers but we need to understand until there is a decent penalty, it is not going to stop these guys.
When I was working on Curacao as a dive instructor, one of my clients was a judge. He told me every time Curacao cracked down on drug imports and dealing, the island lost money. The dealers stopped buying cars, the car sellers stopped buying furniture, the furniture guys stopped buying...so forth and so on to the point the government would run out of cash and couldn't pay the public employees. He mentioned of course the corruption within the government as well.
The world we live in I suppose. Be well.
