From the article..."The President of the Republic, Gustavo Petro Urrego, reported through his official account on a social media platform that the humanitarian aid sent by Colombia to Gaza is already on its way . The initiative represents a humanitarian effort by the country to provide support to the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the plane will arrive at El-Arish airport in Egypt , loaded with more than a ton of items including 600 hygiene kits and 120 mats, donated by the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management ( UNGRD). These essential resources will be distributed to those who need them most in the region." diariodelhuila.com/estas-son-las-ayudas-que-colombia-envio-a-gaza/So the "supplies" are going to Egypt. I'm not sure how anything would be able to enter Gaza, the Israel military is keeping a pretty tight lid on anything going in and out. So some local politico steals the aid in Egypt? In this gringo's opinion, this is stuff the president could have provided to folks here...maybe help with the masses trying to illegally enter the US from Colombia. The guy is not doing Colombia any favors trying to be Mr. World Politico. Be well.
