Interesting and I may try this as For the next few months I will be eating almist exclusively at work (12+ hour days). I only watched about half of it and she doesn't make a great presentation. The guy she references for intermittent fasting was already on that show, doesn't do it anymore "after he had some bloodwork done". wow! But that was intermittent fasting.
I think it comes down to (and no app needed) is eat right but don't go too late. Whenever I eat just before bed I feel like a pig because it just sits in my body. Also if you eat and just sit and watch TV. Best to have a colombian type of lighter dinner than lunch a few hours before bed and then walk around the neighborhood or something. Just something a bit more active insteadnof Netflexing your couch muscles.
