I just downloaded it and started using it. No account or nothing and I don't even have a VPN.

Looks pretty good. I wonder if they have access to the PPV sporting events like the UFC, etc. It's on the pricier side at 20 per month, most similar services are usually in the 12-15 range or even lower if you buy 6 months or a year. I might check out the trial though. Right now I'm testing Fab TV and so far it works pretty good, hardly any freezing, although it does occasionally.

I will be needing something soon. I might try it when I get back. I saw it had NHL channels so that's a big plus.

Terrarium is not an addon, it is a APK.

I bought a SetTV box to bring to Colombia with me. At $20 a month its a great deal. I tied it out here and it works great. Been watching hockey every night.

Scumbuster, Congrats on retirement. How you do for internet in Pacho? Cable? I have been researching on Satellite internet so I can move any place I want. Do they control your download? Streaming really sucks up the quota they give you if you are like me. I stream sports every night and also do lots of shows and movies watching.

I moved from Pacho to Cajica about 1 year ago. About 1 hour closer to Bogota. Internet here seems good. Haven't had any issue with streaming other than an occasional pause during high use times of the day. But it has only been 2 days. lol I just had one of the cheaper internet plans here because we just wanted basic when we vacationed here. Now we may upgrade the speed if I have any streaming issues. Its cable here in Cajica. Not sure if they throttle your speed if you use a lot. Good question to ask.

Cable generally has an enormous bandwidth and the more you pay, the more you get. I have never heard of throttling for high downloads.

Has anyone been using Kodi while in Colombia? I've been using it for the past few months while in the U.S. I've been primarily using the covenant addon to watch a ton of movies, but also tried watching some live sports and live Colombian TV channels. Anyway, I'm curious how well it works in Colombia. Although it normally works quite well for me, there are times it freezes very badly. In fact, its so bad that i sometimes give up for the night. This is with 100gb service, so I'm wondering how it is in Colombia, where it seems like the best you can get is 20gb?

One thing about cable internet is that they offer and sell you the so called 100gb and is true. You are connected to it, but the catch is that so are the rest of the neighborhood. They all jump in the 100gbs you are talking about. The nights that are slow is because there is heavy traffic that night. Those nights you just have to stick your head out the window and yell real loud to logoff.

Kodi works well in Medellin. No vpn needed. That's great to hear. Loading VPN on kodi is a pain and slows it down further. I've been using in US without VPN and have not yet received a cease and desist notice from my ISP, so i imagine you are even less likely to have that problem in Colombia. One of the reasons for using a VPN though is to get access to material that may not be licensed for distribution in the country where you are residing. With that in mind, I experimented with using Netflix through VPN. However, Netflix blocked me from accessing any content at all. I got a message that it identified I was using a proxy, which Netflix does not permit. So, it appears my plan may not work for Netflix. The good news though is that i can usually find what i'm looking for through Kodi instead. I just prefer Netflix because it streams better. Reed Hastings has them using some kind of black magic I think.

My Netflix account is US based and Inuse it in Colombia just fine. I think I’ve noticed very small differences in selection when in the US vs being in Colombia or anywhere else

Kodi really sucks now. Lawsuits started and a lot of content went away.

Bought a Mini-box, commected cable amd hdmi to my tv. Beyond useless searching not too much to offer. I have had DTV for many years, fibreoptic but their programing SUCKS, liberal pigs. They have dropped Fox and all conservative programing amd now they dropped NASCAR.. Is there a channel or service that offers Motor racing like the old "SpeedTV" channel, (bought out and basterdized by Fox), it used to be all forms of racing. I try to watch Fox news but it's only reruns, not current broadcasting. Any brilliant suggestions, my cokplaint isw not cost but programming although, if you subscribe to all of the sub chaqnnels like "Dirtvision" it will cost a fortune.
