going on two years and have not paid my own EPM utility bill. it somehow magically reverted back to the original owner of the property and was debiting his bancolombia account for over a year. we got it corrected for a couple of months and then it somehow started to debit someone else's account. epm cannot do anything about it and bancolombia cannot tell us who the owner of the account is that is currently paying the bill. also, they do not seem to care enough to notify that person. they say the owner of the account must initiate the correction...... duh, huh?
it is like an episode of mash. you cannot take anything seriously here or you can lose your mind trying to make things work correctly. it amazes me how people ignore logic and try their best to not solve problems for whatever excuse sounds good that day. i highly doubt i would ever hire a colombian after living here a while to do anything for my business other than clean the toilets.
