Just made reservation with Jetblue to travel from PR to Cartagena. This time we are taking our toy poodle and was told I have to fill out the subject form so the dog can enter Colombia.
Has anyone taken a dog recently to Colombia from USA? Can you share the steps to be taken. I know that will need the fresh shots record, but I know that I will need more information.

Its been a while but we had to have a USDA certified vet check her out and give the shots. Then had to take his form to a USDA office to be stamped by them. Of course paying your fee for a quick stamp. Check with the airline on the kennel size. Its limited to fitting under the seat in front of you. Not sure about the airport stuff. My wife did the flying part with her.

Yes, our dog has flown with us before but only in domestic flight (NY, Fl, etc.) and he is under the 20 pounds including his carrier. Also the vets always gives him a couple of pills, one to go and one to come back. The links above are both the same.
