Avoid Servientrega for anything important. We sent a proposal from Bogotá to Cali on Wednesday the 27th. On the 28th we tracked the package and it was in Cali out for delivery. Today (29th) I tracked the package expecting to see that it was delivered yesterday.
Instead I see a new message saying it was returned but out for delivery again. I about crapped a Twinky because the deadline is today at 5pm. I called the Bogotá office and when someone finally answered they were useless as tits on a bull, asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was no one.
Called the Cali office with the same result except that they said that the truck probably had an issue and had to return. We asked to speak to someone who could guarantee it would be delivered by 5pm and she said "sorry no can do".
I can understand that stuff happens with a delivery but to be denied the opportunity to speak with a supervisor is ridiculous. End of rant. Thank you.
I know stuff happens.

Over a three month period Servientrga LOST three credit cards from my bank in the U.S. to my Apt. in Medellin. I had to cancel the cards (of course) and have a new card sent directly to me by Fed-Ex. It cost me $84.00 USD to send an envelope but at least I did receive it and in 2 days time no less.
