Shakira and Carlos Vives' "La Bicicleta" Music Video Will Make You Fall in Love with Colombia We're ready to book our flight to Colombia after watching this. Shakira and Carlos Vives have finally premiered their highly anticipated music video for "La Bicicleta." In the clip, the two Colombian natives find themselves in some heavy traffic and decide to go on a scenic bike ride through the coast of Colombia. We get to see the beauty of Vives' hometown of Santa Marta and Shakira's Barranquilla. The singers explore gorgeous beaches and even catch a quick game of beach soccer. Of course, we can't forget the dance battle with tons of hip shaking. The two included some scenes with fans, which we're sure were excited to see these hometown stars. Once we listened to the lyrics, we realized that the 39-year-old singer gave a shout out to her beau in the song saying, "If you show my Piqué, Tayrona, then he won't want to go back to Barcelona." Tayrona is a gorgeous national park located near Santa Marta. We Googled it, and it's unreal. According to Billboard, the song debuted at No. 1 on the Latin Airplay chart (dated June 18) and has been in the top 5 on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart. www.eonline.com/news/778712/shakira-and-carlos-vives-la-bicicleta-music-video-will-make-you-fall-in-love-with-colombia

Beauty in Barranquilla? It's a pretty miserably hot industrial city with nothing going for it IMHO other than Carnival once a year and being hometown of Shakira.

Shakira and Carlos Vives' "La Bicicleta" Music Video Will Make You Fall in Love with Colombia We're ready to book our flight to Colombia after watching this. You mean, having to use a bike to overcome the gridlock traffic? I'm living the Colombian dream everyday in Bogota then I'm joking of course. It's a nice video! And yes, it's bland pop. What could we expect from Carlos Vives?
