Well, I did talked about these numbers Bolivar probably have 75% unemployment. I believe is because the people do not report they are out of work. They do odd jobs, sell even water during the dry season. They come to my finca looking for odd jobs, etc.

@8.8% They must be counting the intersection vendors and jugglers as fully employed.
