Colombia can be a very dangerous place.
A few days ago my Colombian step-son Pablo and I travelled together to Bogota to do some business. We had lunch together at a little restaurant on Ave 19 just off Calle 134 and then split up to go off to attend our business. When I caught up with Pablo later in the afternoon he had an incredible story to tell. He was walking on Calle 134 near the Autopiste Norte when he was attacked and robbed at knife point. The guy got Pablo's cell phone but Pablo fought back and the ladrone took off with Pablo hot on his heels. He attempted to escape by running across the Autopista. The moment he stepped on to the busy road he was slammed by a bus and was killed instantly. Pablo didn't get a scratch and got his phone back undamaged. That is KARMA Colombian style!

The bus driver was really shaken up. The police took him away for blood alcohol and drug tests, but I'm sure that was only because of protocol. He was obviously innocent of any wrong doing. It all happened very quickly.

He told my step-son that he just got out of jail and needed the money for a bus ticket.
Looks like he didn't quite make it onto the bus.

Glad to know my end of life illness plans work, have told the wife and kids , if for some reason end up in a hospital with no hope - get me out and roll me in front of a bus - they don't stop for anyone. ( or if I kick the bucket from an heart attack - wait till night and toss me under a bus - insurance pays double for accident.

I wonder, was Maduro driving that bus? If Maduro had been driving that bus, the kid would have been alright and the bus a piece of scrap metal...

The comments below the article seem unanimous. One of the comments "se merecía lo que le paso ojala le ocurriera esto a todos los ladrones". Happy to hear that nothing happened to your step-son.
