Give me a break. Most of the stuff they eat is incredibly bland and barely edible. And they've got 4 or 5 dishes on the menu, that's it. Might be ok for visiting, if you live here you can't stand the grub anymore after about 2 months.

Too many uncooked onions kill the taste. www.mini-mal.org/ and matizrestaurante.com/ incrporate Pacifico fusion in their cuisine. Pretty hard to improve on freshness and simplicity in a good seafood dish.

What's up with all the raw onions?
Colombia is hardly a culinary destination, unless you love rice and beans and incinerated meat.

Colombia succeeded into disgusting me from hot dogs and lasagna. That says a lot. And they're close to disgusting me from pizza. But I still resist and hunting for real italian pizzas in Bogota. Di Lucca is my joint.

My quest for the best Italian pizza in Bogota is not finished, the Graal is yet to be discovered.

Karen's is worst. In Cali, Sorrento is good, as is the pizzeria at the Inter.

Excuse me, meant to say Salerno, across the old Sagrada Familia School that is being converted into a hotel in the Penon district. About half a block from Parque del Penon.

Oh ok, that seems to be a chain restaurant. There's one on Avenida Sexta and one in Jardin Plaza as well. Yes, they have the best Italian food in Cali, afaik.
