Pretty good video, starts out positively and then reality creeps in. I get the impression the producers wanted to portray Colombia in a positive light but just couldn't given the overwhelming public opinion to the contrary.
Ref - part one.

'in colombia, there are free and fair elections' - that is where i stopped watching. if by free he means that people only pay with their lives and their lives are worth nothing, then yes, he is right. i won't even comment on the 'fair' part.
colombia is like the drunk uncle in your family. he is a smart guy and has tons of charisma and potential, but he will always be a drunk.

It's hard to get excited about Colombia's future when when you are dealing on a day to day basis with bungling incompetence.
A brief example:
My email to a U.S. company sent on a Sunday ....had a cheerful response at 8.45 am Monday
From: XXXXXXXXXXXX Sent: Sunday, April 24, 2016 10:00 AM To: Sales Team <XXXXXXXXXXXXXX> Subject: Sales in Colombia?
Hello XXXXXXX Buildings,
Could you please provide me with the contact details for your Bogota office. My stepson is looking for a transportable/relocatable building to house a small farm based yoghurt factory near Bogota. It is only a one man operation and could manage with something about the size of a shipping container.
Regards XXXXXXXXXXXXX
The email received early the following Monday morning:
Good morning, Mr. XXXXXXXXXX We have received your request and I have copied the general manager of our Bogota facility, XXXXXXXXXX, in this email. He should be able to reach out to you shortly with his contact information and to further discuss what you need.
Thank you,
XXXXXXXXXXXX Marketing & Sales Specialist (XXXXXXXXXXXXX
A week later ...........nothing!

barrumundi,is that the shipper container build we discussed? It's like buying a bus ticket online,it's usually easier to buy it at the terminal de bus.

I recently needed my birth certificate sending over from England, it took a day to get from the North of England to Bogotá and then 4 weeks to get from the airport to the North of Bogotá.

If I didn't get the initial prompt and cheerful response from the lady in USA ........I probably wouldn't have thought much about the Colombian part of the team dropping the ball.
It's just an example.
My point being it is hard to get excited about Colombia's future when you know it is probably going to be a couple of generations before Colombians learn to actually care about business, about sales and customer service and more importantly about each other.

These are good points to consider before dealing with Colombians on a business level;inconsistency, lack of customer service and bold faced lies are common practice in Colombia. You wouldn't get away running a buisness that way back home. It's a pity because Colombia has the way to suceed, what's lacking is the will!
