My first and only time to El Cielo was about 2 months ago and we had a blast. It consisted of about a dozen “experiences” each one with a very small plate but it was delicious and left you satisfied. I Evelin ve they change their menu every few months. Highly recommended

There are some under the counter remedies out called Thermogenics that really work to lose excessive weight, even Amazon sells them through Herballife. I know that they work for a fact because my brides best 46 year old friend takes them on a regular basis and after 8 months she looks like a model after being on the chubby side for years. I have before and after pictures but don't think it's a good idea to post them. Only catch is the product is not for you if you have hypertension or tachycardia.

Is that the only thing she has done to lose weight? Or did she also exercise, go on a diet and cut out alcohol as well?

Sounds like the old "super caffeine" pills that used to be offered as 'speed' around here. I remember them as a kid, robin eggs, and the ones disguised as diet pills. Not good for the ticker at all. Hell, look what a couple of weeks of being a 'meth-head' can do for your waistline! Been there, done that, and don't want to do it again!

She doesn't drink, no diet but avoids food that obviously makes you fat, like butter, whole milk, ice-cream and she goes easy on cooking oil that Colombians can't live without. What blew my mind is that she doesen't exercise, she even used her moto to get around until two days ago when it was stolen from her at gunpoint while waiting on a red light. She also lost her expensive cellphone and 500.000 in cash, a total loss of 950000 pesos. My gf who was sitting behind her was relieved of her cellphone and 180.000 in cash, her first robbery.

Here is a good write-up on the subject: www.nutritioninspector.com/thermogenic/I don't have a dog in this race, neither of us sells it, I don't need to take it, my gf is hypertensive and her friend owns a good going business. This seems to be a new and improved product over the diet pills available 20 years ago which made people who took them very nervous. But I can assure you, I was blown away after seeing the 'before' pictures of this woman, after only 8 months a perfect bikini figure? A 46 year old woman with a grown daughter? And best of all there were never any side effects, not two years later either.

That kind of Robbery happens all the time in Medellin. One of the porters that work in my building saved for 3 years to buy a Moto. He was so proud às he saved his money doing extra jobs on the side. He would update me every week. Finally he was able to buy his Moto, he was so happy. He had the Moto for about 10 days, two guys on a Moto with a gun pulled up behind him and took his Moto.

There are plenty of youtube videos of thieves/robbers getting blown away trying to rob the wrong person. Always fun to watch.

The robbery lasted but a few seconds. They were sitting on the moto waiting for the green light as two well-dressed 'gentlemen',a Black and a White approached them from the side, one of them produced a gun and asked for the keys for the moto, the other took hold of the the shopping bags the girls had slung over their shoulders, asked them to get off the moto, mounted the moto and took off. And the other traffic participants who saw the whole thing went about their busy day.
Talking about giving papaya, these two beauties carried their cellphones and the cash in their shopping bags, when every decent colombiana carries her cellphone in her panties and the money in her bra. Had these two followed the rules the thieves would have looked into shopping-bags that contained nothing but an umbrella. They must have thought they were at Disneyland. My gf's beautiful Sony Xperia cellphone she worked so hard for, with hundreds of family photos on the memory, what a shame...
