No big loss, while I have been known to enjoy a coco loco, not many reasons to visit San Andres and Providencia. So many nicer places in the world to visit if you like nice beaches, and many are less expensive than this rat hole.

I thought it was 'Ciao' instead of 'Chao'

Did you know that Ciao (from an ancient Italian dialect) means "I am your slave"...

Did you know that Ciao (from an ancient Italian dialect) means "I am your slave"... You are correct, I had an argument with my wife who insisted it was CHAO. I told her the interpreter was the same one they used to interpret Movie names to the local Movie Menu. They come up with some corkers.

To be deadly honest with you, I learned it while in the Navy and I thought it was someone asking if we were going to the 'chowline' back on the messdecks!
