Trump raises idea of decoupling U.S. economy from China ReutersSeptember 7, 2020, 1:14 PM GMT-5 President Donald Trump delivers remarks outside White House WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday raised the idea of separating the U.S. and Chinese economies, also known as decoupling, suggesting the U.S. would not lose money if the two countries no longer did business. "So when you mention the word decouple, it's an interesting word," Trump said at a White House news conference. "We lose billions of dollars and if we didn't do business with them we wouldn't lose billions of dollars. It's called decoupling, so you'll start thinking about it," Trump said. us.yahoo.com/news/trump-raises-idea-decoupling-u-181415518.html

Dont get me wrong.. I like some of the cheap things from China.. But its not cheap when you figure in the intellectual property theft. The politicians they buy. Plus your doing business with one of the worst human rights violators in the world. Cut them off before they get any stronger.
