In Italy the cause for the virus outbreak was a Chinese couple on vacation. South Koreans are convinced it was a church group. In Iran they're still looking for the guy o girl who brought them the virus, they suspect a businessman who went to China and came back in a roundabout way, because direct flights to and from China were stopped some time ago.
Come to think of it, a couple or family would be safest on a see-going sailboat, living of seafood and stocking up on water, canned food, milk-and egg powder, stopping at some remote islands for meat, eggs, fruit and vegetables. All schools, universities and colleges will be closed anyway...
It's the bigger cities where you're most vulnerable.
The World Health Organization is seriously considering to call this a pandemic.

Now here is an outstanding Colombian
The only Colombian who decided to be left in Wuhan. He does not want to return as not to spread the virus in his country, a remarkable 20 year old young man.

It seems strange that the virus kills mainly the elderly, 15 out of hundred 80 year olds but none of the children from 0 to 9 years (don't know if there were even infections in that age group), hardly anyone under age 40 died. So if anyone thinks this virus may reduce the over population in the world he is totally wrong. 20 year olds breed like rabbits and the 80 year olds are on their way out anyway. So that theory doesn't hold water.

Here is a response from a physician who criticized a fellow who praised the World Health Organization in statnews.com
Joel Swanstrom February 25, 2020 at 7:06 pm
It is about time that we recognize the WHO for what it truly is: an extension of the Chinese propaganda machine. The so-called experts at the WHO were taken on a tour of inactive medical sites by people who were not even medical professionals and fed fantasies by a totalitarian regime known for its history of lies and abuses. They lapped up the brazen lies without the least amount of skepticism, even though they defied common sense and standardized medical procedures. For example, China declared that there are so few infected that they are having trouble finding people for drug trials. There are currently 50,000+ people who are sick right now, yet Dr. Aylward excepts this is as fact. The Chinese indiscriminately pull people who may or may not be sick from their homes and corral them like animals with the infected in facilities lacking basic nutrition and toiletries, not to mention medical care, and he praises their internment camps as innovative. They claim to have the ability to know that there are no un-diagnosed cases, which is logically impossible to assert, and also defies epidemiological characteristics of any other pathogen in human history, yet he exhorts the world to make decisions based on this information. Paradoxically, when such data implies the fatality rate is higher, he assures us that we should not worry, and that we should open our borders to China. The man is double minded. Unclear and all that he says. He displays all the signs of a fool who is easily impressed by power. His declarations are so uncharacteristic of a medical professional that I believe the world must begin to ask whether there are undeclared personal interests that might be influencing the leaders at the WHO.

Coronado virus has reached South America! First infection case in Brazil - according to the Brazilian Health Ministry I would think that Panama would be at risk given the amount of people from all over the world that frequently go to Panama for commerce, and I would think that would put Colombia at risk as well. Think of all the inked up Colombian girls that go to Panama to work.. Cuido Elex..

Dozens of passengers who were allowed off the Diamond Princess cruise ship after testing negative for coronavirus ARE now showing symptoms Dozens of passengers allowed off the Diamond Princess cruise ship after it was hit by an outbreak of coronavirus have developed symptoms, Japan has revealed. Officials said they contacted 813 former passengers of the vessel who had previously tested negative for the virus, and found 45 are now showing symptoms. All of those with symptoms have been asked to contact doctors and take new tests to check whether they are also infected. Japan has faced mounting criticism of its handling of the Diamond Princess ship after a failed effort to quarantine passengers on board after one tested positive led to almost 700 infections and four deaths. Japan said it had contacted 813 former passengers of the Diamond Princess cruise ship who were allowed off after testing negative for coronavirus, and found 45 showing symptoms. 970 passengers who had been held on board the Princess for almost two weeks amid an outbreak were allowed off after testing negative, but some have now tested positive Foreign governments eventually decided to repatriate their citizens on special evacuation flights after it became clear the virus was spreading freely on board. In total, 970 people were allowed off the boat last week after testing negative for the virus, but several have subsequently been diagnosed with the illness. Japanese citizens allowed off the ship after a 14-day quarantine were asked to stay inside, but no formal measures restricting their movement were imposed. Opposition lawmakers have blamed the government for failing to implement a fresh 14-day quarantine after the passengers left the cruise ship - as was required by countries that repatriated citizens from the boat. Infections have also continued to rise inside Japan, and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Wednesday said hosting large events should be reconsidered. 'In light of the significant infection risks, we will ask that national sporting or cultural events that will attract large crowds be either cancelled, postponed or downsized for the next two weeks,' Abe told a cabinet task force meeting on the outbreak. However, authorities said there were no plans to cancel the Olympics which are due to take place in Japan this summer. After the announcement, Nippon Professional Baseball Organization said its unofficial spring games through March 15 would be held in empty stadiums, before the official season opens on March 20. Some top Japanese musicians, including all-male group Exile and female trio Perfume cancelled concerts, while Tokyo Girls Collection fashion show on Saturday will be held with no audience, according to their organisers. The virus has also forced professional football, rugby, golf, tennis and other sports to reschedule games or to hold their events with no fans in attendance. The government has also asked state-operated museums and theatres to consider closing or cancelling shows. The government has repeatedly said that the coming weeks will be critical in limiting the spread of the virus in Japan. But its measures have been largely advisory, including recommending that people work from home or commute off-peak. The recommendations come as the local government in northern Hokkaido announced in its latest update on the virus the death of a local resident, whose name, gender and age were not revealed. The governor of Hokkaido, where at least 38 people have been diagnosed, said he was requesting local municipalities to close public schools for one week from Thursday. In Tokyo meanwhile, the regional education board said public high schools may start classes late to spare students travelling on packed commuter trains. Japan has seen at least 165 infections separate from the outbreak on the cruise ship. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8046727/45-passengers-allowed-Diamond-Princess-ship-symptoms-coronavirus.html

Colombia raises coronavirus alert from low to moderate given “migration flow” with Europe On Monday, as the World Health Organization (WHO) called on the global community to “be in phase of preparedness” given the potential of coronavirus to become a pandemic, Colombia announced that it was raising the alert level from “low” to “moderate,” even though the country has been spared the first case of COVID-19. The announcement comes with the surge of infections in Italy, Iran and South Korea. As the WHO’s Director-General Tedros Adhanom defined the spread of coronavirus as “an extraordinary event,” Colombia’s Minister of Health in charge Iván Darío González, reaffirmed that the country is prepared “to face the public health challenge,” but given the migration flow between European countries and Colombia, “the possibility of the arrival of cases is closer – and for this reason – new control measures must be reinforced.” The Ministry of Health also confirmed expanded surveillance and prevention measures at airports where passengers will be asked by immigration authorities if they have spent that last 14 days in China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates and Italy. “We have communicated to the Ministry of Transportation and Migración Colombia the objective of extending the protocols in the strictest manner and shortest possible period,” said González. The Ministry will also launch a national campaign to promote personal hygiene and handwashing. “Having clean hands reduces up to 50% contagious infection,” remarked the Minister during a press briefing. On Tuesday, Colombia is repatriating 14 nationals and 3 foreigners from Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak. The Boeing 767 carrying the passengers and health professionals is expected to arrive in Bogotá on Thursday. With the rash of new COVID-19 cases impacting the towns and cities of northern Italy, the Colombian Foreign Ministry confirmed that no cases of Colombians infected with the virus have been reported. thecitypaperbogota.com/news/colombia-raises-coronavirus-alert-from-low-to-moderate-given-migration-flow-with-europe/23958

And how many new arrivals are truthful and say they are coming from one of those virus infected countries? Foreigners worried about being send back from where they came from?
BTW, the Brazilian who is infected with the virus is from Sâo Paulo, southern Brazil. He just returned from the Lombardy, the northern province of Italy were the virus is out of control.
