Would say the JW Marriott Bogota has the best Sunday breakfast brunch buffet--one can eat at one's leisure-- as much from an endless variety of well prepared food--and take 2 hours or more to do so

In general, I find breakfast the worst meal in Colombia.

In general, I find breakfast the worst meal in Colombia. Not if you have the right ingredients and take the time to prepare it yourself. Take Dan for instance;he goes the extra mile and smokes his own bacon...probably has farm fresh eggs too.

In general, I find breakfast the worst meal in Colombia. You don't like two eggs and hard white bread with a cup of milk that they call "coffee"? I have found it to be much better in the paisa regions though. (Obviously we're talking about eating in restaurants and not at home).

i stick to coffee and croissants when I'm out early - which isn't often. Can't sit in the same place as someone eating changua,

I like changua;go to geriatric breakfast - no teeth needed.

Take caldo de costilla for example, or calentao. What an awful dish. White rice for breakfast? WTF!
