Old Providence is one of the few places in the Caribbean that has not been over-run by tourism. It's a place where people are always listening to music and where nothing gets done in a hurry. The BBC's Hernando Alvarez met some of the people who live on the island.

I want to live there - But not everyone feels the same about the island. Apparently while some enjoy zero stress, others miss the traffic, malls and other things a city offers. michaelandgraciela.com/blog/?p=886

I could handle a longer stay;living full time there may get old after a while. Many fall in love with a place on the first trip;they move there on a whim and realize it's not for them.
Nice write up Michael and Graciela;it conjures up many a memory.
